Fill in the Minor Authorization form, entering all required information completely and correctly.
3. Make the bank transfer
Use the provided bank details to pay the registration fee.

Keep a copy or receipt of the bank transfer.
4. Complete the online form
Fill in the online form on the website dedicated to registration.
5. Upload the required documents
Upload the following documents:
